perfect location public transportation pleasant staff room temperature heating system hot air
The location suited my needs perfectly. Public transportation was very accessible. I found the staff at the reception to be pleasant and accommodating.
I found the room temperature difficult to adjust. The only air blown was hot. I was not able to lower it. The noise from the heating system made sleeping difficult throughout the night.

excellent location public transport helpful staff
The location is excellent with convenient access to public transport. The refillable water stations on each floor were a significant plus for me. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful, especially with directions.
The temperature control was somewhat difficult to adjust. The room felt a little too warm at times.

small room missing toiletries
the location was excellent, near many places i wanted to visit.
Our room was quite small, it was hard to move around with luggage. the promised city view was mostly blocked by another building. i asked for extra pillows and never got them. the bathroom lacked basic toiletries. I had to call down to reception twice, a disappointing start to our stay.

wonderful stay NEAR cathedral
superb view comfortable bed
My room had a superb view. The bed was VERY comfortable. The location proved ideal, close to key areas but not overly congested. I enjoyed the curated room design.
They charged me extra on my account after checkout. It was a frustrating error. I contacted them. And I hope they will refund the money shortly.

The breakfast buffet presented fresh pastries, cereals, and yogurt. I observed an assortment of fresh fruits like blueberries, raspberries, melon, and pineapple. Hot options included scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, and grilled sausages.

The hotel provides excellent access to transportation hubs. I noticed the metro station is just five minutes away. A bus stop is located directly outside the hotel, convenient. Blackfriars train station is also within a five-minute walk.

I found the staff pleasant. They provided a voucher for £1 for the first coffee, a lovely touch. Water refill stations are available on each floor, including refillable bottles. Check-in and check-out were very quick.

modern room comfortable bed excellent location easy walk
the rooms were a nice size and modern. i found the bed comfortable after a long day (the extra duvet idea is clever). the location is excellent, just a short walk to the tube. there were many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
i wish the room had a small fridge for drinks and snacks, even though it wasn't a major issue.

great position helpful staff free water downtown attractions
The position downtown rocks, and main attractions are close. The staff rules! Water on every floor, so nice. I didnt buy water all stay.
I noticed minimal space for private toilettery in bathroom, its very small.

The check-in process was super easy, it was very smooth. Everyone was very kind and attentive when I arrived. The staff helped me with everything I needed and was quick to respond when I called with questions.

accessible location helpful staff comfortable bed elevator service sewage smell inconvenient room
the location was very accessible. i could easily reach many attractions. the staff were helpful at check-in. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable after a long day.
One of the elevators was out of service. this made wait times longer. the bathroom had a strong sewage smell, unpleasant. the room i was initially given required walking down stairs. This was inconvenient with luggage.
